If it is a tour that requires the advance reservation of a ticket, that amount is not refundable, and therefore will be paid regardless. The price of the tour, however, is not debited as long as it is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of the tour. Check the cancellation policy when you request a tour.
