Know before you go

wear comfortable shoes and in the summer time be sure to wear light clothes, sunglasses, sun cream and a hat.
Do not bring any multi-tool knives or sharp objects on tour as you will be scanned through a metal detector when entering the Colosseum.
Children over 14 years old must provide a valid ID or student card to prove their age in order to be eligible for free tickets.

- It is mandatory to wear a mask covering your mouth and nose to enter in the Colosseum. The mask requirement applies for the entire duration of the visit inside the two buildings.

Is the price per person or per group?

The price is intended for a group or family up to 6 people. For bigger groups, please ask for advice.
Are the skip-the-line tickets included in the price?

No, the price includes only the private tour. We will purhase the skip-the-line tickets when you book the tour, accordly to the number of adults and children (regular and reduced tickets)
Who is eligibile for reduced tickets?

Children under 18year old have free access to the Colosseum.
Where do you meet your guide?

Your guide will wait for you in front of the metro station COLOSSEUM, near a green newsstand and holding a sign with your family name on. Should you arrive by taxi, your driver will drop you off at the above terrace of the station, So, please walk down the stairs and reach your guide in front of the Metro station.
What does it happen if you are late?

As soon as you book, we will provide you with the guide's cell number and you can call your guide to communicate your delay. The skip-the-line tickets have a tollerance of15 minutes. That means you can enter into the Colosseum 15 minutes earlier or 15 minute after the time slot of your ticket. If you are late more than 15 minutes, your ticket is not valid anymore.
